Due to the ever-growing work commitments of our Sofia office projects we are opening a position for People Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer all leave types for the employees in the location;
- Administer summarized working time;
- Administer the social benefits like public transportation cards, sports cards, additional health insurance etc.;
- Provide visa assistance;
- Administer employments accounts in corporate software, assists in gathering required data for employment contracts and follow up on initial indoctrination with the new starters;
- Maintain up-to-date various logs with people data;
- Follow up and report on the completion of trainings.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in English-speaking environment;
- Basic knowledge of local labour legislation;
- Good English proficiency;
- Computer Skills - MS Office; MS Teams;
Education:
- HR, Business administration etc.;
Special Job Requirements:
- Both written and oral communication skills;
- Willingness to work and interact with multidisciplinary team in international business environment;
- Organizational skills.
