Function:
Accurate and timely calculations of payroll including design, development and maintenance of reports, cleaning and analyzing large amounts of data, enabling data-based decision making.
Minimum Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent command of English language
Knowledgeable with some accounting and payroll software
Very good computer and analytical skills, Working with Databases,
Eligible to work full-time
Live in Varna, Bulgaria
Has worked with the payroll and incentive calculation or accounting firm for at least 1 year
A graduate of Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Soft skills:
Ability to work with large amounts of data
Strong mathematical skills
Pro-active attitude with and solutions-oriented mindset with special attention to details
Team player with good collaboration skills and ability to work with people from different nationalities/culture
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be able to handle critical and confidential information.
Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively
Key Responsibilities..
Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with federal and state laws and labor legislation.
Process payrolls, garnishments, employee maintenance, timesheet consolidation in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with Philippines accounting and HR teams.
Maintain working knowledge and understanding of payroll regulation in the location for which it is responsible for.
Assist HR for payroll queries from employees in a timely manner.
Common Responsibilities.:
Ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time as per payroll calendar.
Ensure all data is received from involving departments on time and all output is delivered in the payroll system
Highlight and escalate/respond to any matter that may affect the smooth running of payroll
Build relationships and collaborates with internal departments provide excellent service
Perform analysis of completed payroll and troubleshoots data inconsistencies; identifies trends and potential issues and recommends solutions
Assist finance control and accounting (PH) with transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations.
Protecting the company's interest and reputation in all activities.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Work Conditions
Work hours: Work on shifts: 08:00-17:00 & 11:00-19:30.
Presence on holidays or before or after these work hours may be required with previous notice and based on business needs .
