For one of our clients, a multinational technology company, we are looking for
Payroll Analyst

Job responsibilities:

· Collaboration with the external payroll providers and the more experienced payroll team members to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
· On-going maintenance and accuracy of data in the payroll systems and time-tracking systems to guarantee the availability of correct and reliable employee information.
· Ensuring all elements of the payroll process are properly documented in compliance with relevant statutory requirements and corporate policies.
· Interacting with Controllership to ensure timely payments of salaries.
· Interacting with HR to ensure labor law regulations impacting payroll are integrated in company processes and adequately communicated to employees and business managers.
· Providing advice and support to BUs/Global Functions on payroll related matters.

Main Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent diploma or experience
· At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in Payroll or Finance role
· Experience in virtual team environment
· Fluent English
