We searching for open, motivated and detail-oriented people for the role of Order Fulfilment
Expert with Dutch, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Turkish, Italian or Polish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Making contracts and dealing with contract renewal and severance;
* Building orders and manage order corrections as needed, harmonizing other participants to ensure order fulfillment;
* Providing support during the product return process, cooperating with SMEs and preforming manual corrections/return orders;
* Processing outlays directed towards commission, rent or lease payments and keeping track of contract utilization;
* Managing bad debt (writing off, recovering);
* Keeping track of due dates and validity of tax licenses/exception, requesting new licenses before expirations;
* Dealing with other tasks such as related proceedings and other service demands.

Requirements:
* Excellent Dutch, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Turkish, Italian or Polish and English language skills;
* Good English skills;
* Skilled at comprehension and listening, able to communicate and negotiate effectively;
* Analytical thinker, able to act and provide solutions in a timely manner;
* General computer user skills and know-how;
* Previous experience wits SAP or any other ERP is an advantage;
* Familiarity with one of the operations will be considered an advantage: Load Authorization,
Supply Management, Order Processing, Order Intake and Contract Administration;
* Open attitude and willing to support others.
