We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator for our partner – a leading company in the FSI industry in Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
• Databases setup, maintenance and administration
• You will analyze and solve database issues and standard DBA tasks on Oracle based systems.
• You will support the users by defining data models, data flow, and processes and database architecture and interface structures
• Performing RMAN Flashback DB backup/restore/recover tasks.
• Advise / consulting for application developers in database programming, in the use of object relational mapping techniques and tools
• You will analyze and optimize existing databases, e.g. by reorganization of databases
• Analysis and resolution of faults in the database area and support the development team at error analysis and bug fixing
• Implementation of changes and releases in the database area
Needed qualifications:
• Education: University, Technical College or comparable professional experience
• Role Specific Experience: 2+ years of experience as Oracle DBA in enterprise environment
• Oracle Administration / relational databases
• Develop and maintain databases and interfaces used for Trade Finance solutions and corresponding data integration layer
• Oracle PL /SQL / SQLPLUS/ Shell /
• Understand and apply changes of interfaces and applications
• UML, UC4, XML
• Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems
• Proactively supporting projects and driving tasks to deliver results
• Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients need
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
