Operations Support Specialist

Essential Duties:

• Perform miscellaneous account maintenance changes as requested including DDA changes, DBA changes, ETC type changes, address/phone number changes, etc;


• Perform rate changes requested by ISO offices/CSG Department;


• Help to ensure requests submitted to the department remain current and updated;


• Compare all systems to ensure data is transmitted timely and accurately;


• Identify common errors and work with management to develop/implement improved processes for the Underwriting Department to avoid the same errors;


• Communicate with other departments to identify issues, solve problems, or share communication;


• Provide guidance, training and support to co-works whenever applicable;


• Update the Management team on issues of concern that may cause a significant financial or service impact on the department and/or company;


• Maintain quality and quantity of work that falls within established standards;


• Perform maintenance on accounts as needed;


• Work collection items in the Universal Work Queue for merchants with incorrect DDA information on file;


• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Profile:

• Excellent command of English language


• Experience with Excel (incl. advanced functionalities)


• University degree in Law/Economics/European Studies


• Communication and interpersonal skills


• Analytical skills and pro-active thinking


• Attention to details and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently


• Ability to meet deadlines working under pressure
