Once you join our team as an Operations Data Analyst, you will:

Perform detailed analysis, interpretation including trends and launch proposed initiatives based on the outcome of the data;

Participate in developing targets;

Improve base maintenance operational performance (e.g. efficiency, capacity resources, TAT analysis, customer analysis, budget, check type analysis, clocking facility comparison, project completion, etc.);

Provide support regarding the elimination of process waste by utilizing dynamic problem solving techniques;

Review and actively participate in the identification of systems and procedures that impede performance;

Take an active role in the implementation of solutions for process improvements within the department and the production sites;

Identifying trends, gaps across the organization, with focus on data;

Be responsible for continuous improvement activities;

Organize regular knowledge sharing workshops with other Units data analysts within LHT for further improvements and synergies.

To be successful in the role you need:

University degree in relevant engineering subject or in Statistics, Data Analysis or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in aircraft maintenance / design / manufacturing environment

Knowledge / experience of aircraft planning & engineering, maintenance or quality will be considered as an asset

At least 1 year experience in data handling, visualization

Ability to multi task and prioritize

Ability to transfer big data into understandable reports

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and quality

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and be initiative driven

Strong team player

Excellent PC skills MS Office applications (especiallyExcel)

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
