the role of Online Trade Support with Dutch, Polish, French, Italian, Spanish with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Interacting with customers via calls, chat and email and striving to provide great service;
* Guiding the interaction with customers (listening to quarries, taking orders, providing
products info, tracking deliveries, returns…);
* Preforming multiple tasks and trying to reply to customers needs in a timely manner;
* Thinking of new ways to improve the business process and brand loyalty and sales rates;
* Keeping the systems updated and collaborating with other teams in order to achieve the best customer experience.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Dutch, Polish, French, Italian, Spanish with English (both verbal and written);
* Strong PC user skillset;
* High-school or University diploma;
* Previous experience in a customer service environment is considered an advantage;
* Able to provide great customer experience and represent the company and the brand in the
best way possible;
* Flexible and driven, striving to follow KPIs and achieve set targets.
