Online Live Casino Team Manager

What you do:



  • Maintains the relationship with internal clients

  • Coordinates the staff under his/hers supervision

  • Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company

  • Active contribution to the company’s development

  • Operational activities

  • Makes sure daily shuffles and/or goals are met.

  • Ensures that inventory is accounted for

  • Keeps supervisor and upper level management apprised of daily operations

  • Processes paperwork for HR or upper management as required

  • Trains new employees

  • Schedules daily employee tasks and pits

  • Monitors employee work habits and makes sure tasks are completed in a timely way

  • Conducts performance reviews


You possess:



  • University diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or Supply Chain Management will be considered a strong advantage

  • Fluent French and English (B2)– both written and spoken

  • Good knowledge in MS Office suite (specifically MS Excel, MS Access)

  • Experience in a similar position is considered as an advantage

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to work independently, address issues and a proactive resolution seeking mindset

  • Team-oriented

  • Attention to details

  • Result oriented
