Office Services Specialist – full or part time




Your responsibilities:



  • Smile and have fun with good people

  • Do office administration

  • Manage car fleet

  • Take care of the company’s mobile services and devices

  • Organise business travels

  • Vendor management

  • Work with institutions

  • Support Finance and HR


What you bring to the table:



  • Good vibe

  • At least 2 years of ongoing Bachelor’s degree. Graduates are welcome too!

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written

  • High level of MS Excel knowledge

  • Skills for prioritizing tasks and working in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work in a team under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Clear Driving license
