Office Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Office Manager
Key tasks will include:
• Multi-tasking is a key component of this position;
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed;
• General office support: printing, binding, scanning, deliveries and couriers;
• Implementing and developing office administration activities and processes
• Organizing and maintaining a professional office environment;
• Maintaining and ordering supplies;
• Basic bookkeeping; preparing expense reports;
• Assisting in scheduling & arranging meetings;
The Ideal Candidate would have:
• Highest standard in written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills;
• High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision;
• Interest in Human resources management.
