Who we are:
Sellavi is an international one-stop-shop e-commerce platform for creating online stores. Our mission is to provide businesses with high-quality and professional services that allow them to establish and grow in the world of Internet commerce. With more than 150,000 online stores on the platform and operations in 5 countries, we are looking to expand our Sofia office.
Your responsibilities:
• Professionally greet incoming visitors and promptly notify the appropriate person of their arrival.
• Organize office needs and provide the delivery of necessary supplies.
• Coordinate, oversee, and plan essential services such as cleaning, catering, parking, waste disposal, etc.
• Schedule and supervise small repairs, office improvements, and ad hoc requests
• Communicate via phone and email with partners, suppliers, and other counterparties.
• Schedule meetings and make sure meeting rooms are stocked and supplied.
• Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery).
• Manage the communication and payment process with suppliers for administrative needs.
• Organize office activities, bookings, travel arrangements, or related if required.
Our requirements:
• Еxcellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Respectful of deadlines and inter-team assignments
• Sensible about managing and protecting confidential information
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
• Must be a self-starter and driven
• Fluency in English
