* Office Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- Working with software for report visits of Medical Representatives-re-print
- Participation in issue of advertising printing materials for the company products -folders, flyers, products cards, etc.
- Company cars- policy insurances, company service reports;
- Organizing and coordinating meetings;
- Translating from/into English;
- Involved in monthly reporting;
- Coordination between departments;
- Supporting the Marketing-Financial-Administrative Manager;
- Working with all company documents;
- Administrative work related to all company activities
Our requirements:
- Appropriate education;
- Very good command of English language /written and spoken/;
- Good computer literacy - MS Office, Internet;
- Good communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Responsibility, loyalty, involvement in the company goals and policy;
- Willingness to accept new ideas and self-improvement;
- Experience in administration is a plus;
