As a Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:


  • Performing administrative and office support activities;

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, mail deliveries (post, courier companies);

  • Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner in the office;

  • Organizing meetings, business trips, flight tickets, various internal initiatives;

  • Coordinating office services, maintenance activities and vendors;

  • Coordinating part of the HR processes- organizing interviews, trainings, internal communication, maintaining HRIS, team activities, sick leaves and holidays, birthdays initiatives and etc.;


Valuable and wanted, competencies & skills, you need to have:


  • Experience as a back office assistant, office assistant or in another relevant administrative is considered as an advantage, but it is not mandatory;

  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian - both written and spoken;

  • Strong organizational and communication skills;

  • Pro-active, energetic, enthusiastic and multitasking personality;

  • Diligent person with attention to detail.
