Hey! We are Puzl CowOrKing - a home of nearly 1000 incredible IT humans in Sofia, Bulgaria. For the past 7 years we have put a lot of effort in creating an incredible, one of a kind coworking place and supporting the local IT community.
Now you have the chance to join our incredible team and become Puzl CowOrKing's Office Administrator! We are looking for a highly organized person to coordinate, manage and execute the day-to-day tasks related to our coworking area. The Office Administrator will ultimately be in charge of improving the experience for our members by making sure that the little things in their daily life function smoothly. In simple words, this means you will be taking care of supporting the members, dealing with their requests…and, put your comfy shoes on as this is happening over multiple floors!
What you probably will do
• Community support.
• Daily troubleshooting.
• Printer issues.
• WiFi issues.
• Floor Management.
• Deliveries and couriers.
• Talk to people that call us on the company phone. (It's not scary)
• Handling and filing docs.
• Respond to reported issues.
• Handle daily random visits.
What that means
• You'll handle our daily communication.
• And our Help Desk.
• People call - You answer.
• They want to join.
• You help them.
• People join (yay).
• Introduce them to the coworking.
• Set them up.
• Tell them we have a cool Rooftop Community Hub.
• People have problems.
• They report them.
• You handle them.
• Either yourself.
• Or with help from our Maintenance and Cleaning teams.
• People expect deliveries.
• You make sure they get them.
• People receive guests.
• You help the guests find them.
• People make mess.
• You get our cleaning team on it.
• The coworking needs stuff.
• You keep track of it.
• And order it.
• We produce documents.
• You produce documents.
• Organize them.
What you probably won't do
• Write thousands of lines of code.
• Carry 300 kg team desks.
• Sit in 2 hour long boring meetings.
• Decide the shade of bricks in our next space.
• Browse 100 websites to find that one really nice coffee table.
• Sit around wondering how to kill time.
What you need to be
• Organized.

Who we are
• We were an IT startup.
• We came to Sofia in October 2014.
• We wanted a cool office.
• We couldn't find one.
• So we build a coworking office.
• We opened it in October 2015.
• We used to have 80 people.
• Now it's like a 1000.
• We used to be CowOrKing Space by Puzl.
• We rebranded.
• Now we are Puzl CowOrKing.
• It's simpler.
• We are IT only.
• And we are an IT Hub now.
• The biggest one.
• But just in Central and Eastern Europe.
• For now.
• We are expanding.
• 200 seats in Budapest.
• 10,000s more to come in the next years.
• And then we'd like to grow some more.
• We hear Athens, Bucharest and Prague are nice.
• We like good food.
• And coffee.
• But we prefer mojitos.
