Workplace: 1407 Sofia, Atanas Dukov str.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Following up for incoming payments by customers.
- Handling calls with customers regarding overdue invoices on a daily basis.
- Processing of employees’ vacation requests and sick leaves.
- Preparing and sending Absence reports to HR department.
- Receiving and processing of incoming mail.
- Preparing and sending courier shipments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodation, including flight and hotel reservations.
- Maintenance of physical archive and coordination with archiving company for the available archive stocked.
- Greeting visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the right person.
- Work with invoices, Bill of ladings, Import/Export documentation.
- Maintaining stock availability and ordering of office supplies and amenities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent English language written and spoken;
- Proven work experience as an Office Support, Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role will be considered as advantage;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack;
- Hands-on experience with office equipment;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Customer service attitude, friendly and supportive personality;
