First Estates is a boutique Estate Agency, with French management, focused on the luxury residential and commercial market in Sofia.
Expanding our team we are looking to hire an OFFICE ADMINISTRATION SUPERSTAR
In this role you will be the friendly face of our office responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.
This is an important role, so we require someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is adaptable to change and can work under pressure.
Essential skills and attributes include:
 A sense of humour and a fun personality
 A sense of creativity
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to work to deadlines
 Commitment to a high standard of performance and presentation
 To be capable of quality output
 To be an effective team player that works well under pressure
 Excellent computer skills
Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
∙ Take care of First Estates clients over the phone making sure they are left with a smile.
∙ Delivering administrative support to our sales team;
∙ Create value in our property portfolio by translating them in English and approving them for publication;
∙ Working close with and learning from our company marketing Guru.
