Position overview

DataArt is a global software engineering firm. With over 25 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world and deep industry sector knowledge, we help clients create leading technology solutions for digital media, music, sports, video, art, and publishing organizations. The Media practice is expanding, and we are looking for motivated and energetic people to join our digital marketing team. The specialist who takes this position will be working with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) and creating various types of content that help us boost awareness of our services and promote our spokespeople.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining a consistent content plan and aligning all social media efforts accordingly
  • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
  • Generating, editing, scheduling, publishing, sharing, and monitoring daily content that builds meaningful connections
  • Maintaining company pages and/or personal profiles to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, creating newsletters/digest in social media
  • Continuously improving performance of social media accounts by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, ideating and implementing experiments
  • Work with different stakeholders to drive organic success across social media platforms
  • Conducting content and other research to assist marketing coordinators


Requirements
  • 2+ years of demonstrable social networking experience
  • Social analytics tools knowledge
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles
  • In-depth experience with LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Fluent spoken and written communication in English
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time and self-management skills


Nice to have
  • Experience with paid campaigns on Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Understanding of the principles and stages of IT product development
  • Experience in working in remote or distributed teams
