Master Data Specialist with German

For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Master Data Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining exchange rates - daily and monthly


• Creation of Vendors, Customers and Products


• Dealing with insolvency and bankruptcy


• Unify SSD Monthly Report


• Critical changes for Vendors, Customers including Block / Unblock / flag for deletion


• Critical changes for Products


• Processing of respective transactions in SAP


• Communication with respective people / departments for clarification of the requests


• Handling exception and unclear cases for creation / changes


• Setting up SEPA mandates


• Creation and updating of a Repair accounts


• Spare part create / convert - PMD, SAP, PRISMA


• BoM / MOL creation


• Build license / assurance in PRISMA


• Status change in PRISMA


• Proseco crash - Import of files into Proseco


• Communication with respective people / departments for clarification of the requests


• Any additional or ad-hock tasks as requested by direct superior

Requirements:

• BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance


• 0-1 years of experience in relevant field


• Experience of working with ERP systems (SAP, MS Office); Advanced Excel skills are a plus.


• Flunet German language skills and good understanding of English


• Good analytical skills


• Very good networking and communication skills


• Customer orientation


• Able to prioritize activities, identify and prevent risks
