Upgrade your talent by:


  • Pro-active calls with B2B customers from the IT industry

  • Maintain accurate customer master record including updating customer contact information in the CRM

  • Manage areas of focus to meet set targets and with regard to maintaining the existing customer base and revenue.

  • Interact with channel partners as per the scope of tasks assigned by the direct manager

  • Gather feedback from resellers on follow up processes and business opportunities thru email or outbound calls

  • Advises resellers of appropriate programs applicable to their business needs.

  • Performs other tasks as assigned by direct manager

  • There is a possibility for part-time and full-time work



You’ll be a great fit if you have:


  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience

  • Strong knowledge in German - B2/C1 level

  • Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge

  • Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems is an asset

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills

  • A customer-driven approach and good customer management skills
