As the Marketing Campaign Analyst you will create and manage short-term forecasts for call & non-call workloads and resources across a blended Contact Centre operation. You'll produce dynamic scheduling plans in order to achieve the optimum service goal outcomes based on your forecast workload.

Your challenges will be to:


  • Build long and short terms call volume forecasts.

  • Plan and analyse performance to ensure the business meets their objectives against customer interaction.

  • Analyse and interpret key data streams to help make decisions that will improve the customer journey and business objectives.

  • Аnalyse the workforce in relation to all call centre activities and new business opportunities.

  • Build intra-day performance reports to understand resource vs requirements throughout the day/week.

  • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders in area of expertise providing regular business commentary.


Our expectations: 

  • Previous experience within a forecasting position.

  • Good understanding and experience of contact centre operations.

  • High attention to detail and a strong analytical background.

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Fluent English.

  • Ability to interpret and present on data.

  • Strong analytic skills.
