MARKETING ASSISTANT – Maternity Cover
The successful candidate will report to the Business Unit Manager Retail Market and will be based in our Sofia office.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the Marketing and Sales Team;
• Data processing and classification of information, checking and control of the data;
• Everyday work with large volume of documentation;
• Work with specialized tools and applications for data processing;
• Taking responsibility for the whole process of documentation related to different marketing activities;
• Effective management of cases and solving issues;
• Assistance in preparing and conducting marketing events;
• Active participation in development of marketing campaigns and in the design and production of promotional materials;
• Preparation of reports related to the marketing campaigns and activities of the Department;
• Active communication with BUM, Product Managers, Regional Managers, Medical
• Close cooperation with employees, other Departments and external service providers and partners;
Candidate Profile:
• Higher education – Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other related to the job;
• Previous experience on a similar position – minimum 2 years; experience from the pharmaceutical area is strong advantage;
• Excellent computer literacy – MS Office, internal systems and software;
• Fluent English;
• Analytical thinking, self-initiative and detail-oriented;
• Team-work player, strong communication skills, abilities to work under pressure and to keep deadlines.
