OUR REQUIREMENTS:
o 5+ years of relevant experience, including optimization of business processes and business performance;
o University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering;
o Proven Project Management skills;
o Excellent communication and presentation skills;
o Excellent command of written and oral English;
o Advanced skills in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and/or Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.).
IT IS NICE TO HAVE
o Experience in the following areas:
- Selection and implementation of IT systems;
- Delivery of training and implementation of Lean tools and concepts such as A3 thinking, Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Level Loading, Pull, Mistake-Proofing, Quick Changeover, etc.;
- Manufacturing/Engineering/Supply Chain Management.
o Experience in multinational companies;
o Lean Certification.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical responsibilities will include:
o Lead Business Consulting projects in the areas of Lean, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT System Selection and Implementation, etc.;
o Manage the implementation of the projects, including:
 Prepare and maintain workplans and budgets;
 Assemble and manage the project team, including distribution of tasks and provision of guidance for preparation of project deliverables;
 Review and present final deliverables to the clients.
o Maintain active communication and establish trusted relationships with the clients;
o Identify opportunities for business development, prepare proposals for consulting services and participate in meetings with potential clients;
o Maintain very high level of customer satisfaction.
