Our legal practice in Bulgaria was established in 1992 and ever since we have been building a law firm that provides our clients a unique combination of international experience and local proficiency and knowledge.
Following the expansion of our practice in Bulgaria, we are currently looking for talented and ambitious professionals to join us.
Professional Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality legal services to a portfolio of reputable clients;
• Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, identify issues and provide solutions;
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients;
• Support the management team in the fulfilment of practice management responsibilities, market expansion and business development activities;
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing knowledge, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress;
Qualifications:
• University degree in Bulgarian Law;
• at least 3 years professional experience in corporate and employment law;
• Registered as attorney-at-law at a local Bar Association or having successfully passed exam for attorney-at-law ( following the approval of the candidate for the position registration with a Bar Association will be required);
• Proven track record in the area of corporate and employment law; additional experience in consultancy services in other areas of law will be an advantage;
• Very good team player with proactive, flexible and motivated personality;
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and planning skills;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities;
• Excellent presentation & communication skills;
• Fluency in legal and business English, excellent writing skills.
