We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Team!
Responsibilities:
- Establish & maintain meaningful, collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues in the Learning Excellence team in Europe and globally
- Establish & maintain meaningful, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and leaders to achieve success in executing the Global Learning Excellence Strategy within TI Bulgaria
- Identify & address local learning needs through effective learning interventions
- Lead the implementation of the Learning@TI Roadmap programs in all Bulgarian sites
- Lead the Learning & Development team locally to support individual team member growth, development, and performance through setting objectives, managing performance, coaching, and feedback.
- Report regularly to stakeholders on integration progress
- Report regularly on learning KPI's achievement
- Create a high performing team environment
- Work with the Learning Services team to achieve seamless collaboration and support to specific accounts identified
- Design, coordinate & facilitate learning & development interventions
- Plan and deliver to annual learning budget, manage external training budget for TIB
- Maintain effective marketing strategies in learning programs
- Maintain relationships with external training providers
- Ensure the effective use of the learning management system, external learning resources contracted by the company, and other tools and equipment used in delivering training.
- Improve Pulsecheck scores, specifically in the area of career & development

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of industry experience in Learning & Development
- Previous people management experience
- Deep understanding of the BPO industry
- CIPD or other professional qualifications is an advantage
- Experience with coaching is desirable
- Experience with psychometrics desirable
