Responsibilities
- Elicit business needs and requirements, determine the scope, team, and timelines for the project
- Lead the implementation of the solution’s from ideation to completion
- Mentor the development team
- Facilitate development capabilities
- Serve as a top-level escalation point for technical and process concerns
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Lead in commercial projects
- Hands-on experience with the .NET development stack
- Strong skills in software design, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns
- Frontend development knowledge (React)
- Knowledge of Ant Design components
- Experience with MS SQL
- Experience with Docker
- Solid understanding of web services and RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of architecture principles, platforms, and best practices
- Experience in teamwork using Scrum
- Spoken English
