For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Junior Sales Specialist with French.


The Junior Sales Specialist will play a leading role in driving market engagements across the Cloud Communications Marketplace. Key responsibility is the generation of sales leads for Cloud Communications in Europe across our UCaaS and Cloud Contact Centre portfolio. In addition, you will work closely with the global Cloud Sales Team to drive cloud communications sales within both the existing Atos customer base and as well as new logos. Your role will be to find it, qualify it, engage the global field Cloud Sales team or close smaller customers yourself!


Responsibilities:



  • Structure and prioritize target account lists;

  • Cold calls to find the right people within target organization;

  • Build interest for the Atos UCaaS and CCaaS solutions;

  • Evaluate and qualify customer demands;

  • Engage field sales team or close smaller deals;

  • Working within the growing Cloud Communications team & you will be one of the primary go to people for Cloud Communications.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience working in a customer facing role in a Contact/Call Center;

  • Fluent French language skills (B2/C1) and good understanding of English (B2);

  • Cold calling experience;

  • Experience in selling Cloud Communications Solutions (UcaaS/ Cloud Contact Centre) will be an advantage;

  • Strong customer facing presentation skills and confident in on-line demonstrations;

  • Confident and ambitious teammate with the ability to self-generate new business;

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets;

  • Convincing and sympathetic character; Self-motivated and able to learn and adapt.
