Junior Project Management Specialist

Language Bear is a 6-year-old SEO company headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Our specialty is content-driven SEO, and for this purpose, we create and translate thousands of SEO-optimized texts in 40+ languages and employ a host of freelancers worldwide. Our international clients are some of the biggest names in Casino, Sports betting, E-commerce, Travel and other industries.

We are looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and responsible Graduate Project Management Intern and offer a possibility for a transition to Junior Project Manager position within the company after 6 months. In this role you will run, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager Team Lead, aiming at the flawless execution of the projects.

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities, resources and information
• Coordinate and manage a team of freelancers and distribute work packages
• Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Monitor and coordinate work packages delivery
• Report daily to the Project Manager Team Lead
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports

Requirements:
• Fluency in English is a must
• Ability to work in a time-critical environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
• Graduate who is able to work full time (8-hour work day)
