Junior Procurement Specialist

We are currently looking for JUNIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST who will be ensuring the proper collection and transfer of supplier, catalogue and contract masterdata in the EU ERP for the EU Direct Procurement Team.

Main responsibilities:

1. Manage entirely supplier RMT (Referential Management Tool) process or any new processes covering the same function:


  • Handle the entire RMT process cycle in relation to the supplier data management (supplier creation, extention, modification and deletion);

  • Follow-up the RMT process in order to shorten the processing cycle through coordination with RMT Team;

  • Play the role of intermediary between Buyer / Catman and Data Team (data collection, touchbase with suppliers, transfer to data team), and any other tasks related to supplier data management, catalogues, contracts management.


2. Catalogues RMT process:


  • Catalogue initation and changes following Buyer / Catman validation.


3. Contracts master data & RMT


  • Upload and maintain contracts database in Procalis and Sourcer Corner (or any other tool used for contracts management);

  • Handle requests related to contract database management.


Requirements:


  • University degree in Economics or relevant;

  • Experience in an international environment;

  • 1-2 years of previous experience with data management, finance or administration will be considered an advantage;

  • Solid knowledge in Procurement processes and governance;

  • Basic knowledge of Procurement aspects: contract management, negotiation, etc.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken);

  • Internal customer oriented;

  • Capability to find solutions for technical problems;

  • Able to respect deadlines and work under pressure;

  • High sense of integrity and ethics.
