Ficosota is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and open-minded marketeer with a high tolerance for pressing deadlines to fulfill the vacant position of Junior Brand Manager.
Role overview
As a Junior Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to inspire and lead the creation of new products under one of our brands. Responsibilities include:
• Generation of product and communication concepts
• Brand communication development – work with advertising agencies and production houses
• Monitoring and analysis of categories, trends, competitors, and consumer attitudes on the focus markets
• Sales and brand performance analysis, incl. P&L analysis
• Organization of consumer research
• Close collaboration with the Research & Development, Production and Local Marketing teams
• Portfolio management and pricing strategy
• Project management
The role will be a perfect match for you if you are:
• Analytical, being able to identify both opportunities and strengths

• Able to start and finish a project alone or with minimum guidance
• Comfortable to working well in a multifunctional team, collaborating actively with colleagues from different departments
• Open to new things and easily accepting changes
• Practical and resourceful
Requirements:
• Genuine interest in marketing, product development, brand management, and communication
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of English – both written and spoken
• Very good skills in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in presenting and argumentation of ideas/strategy/concepts
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Driver’s license
