Ensuring the uninterrupted workflow and execution of all related agile rituals, also having the vital communication and planning activities between two streams - Agile and the classical Waterfall,

You will

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget


• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/logistics for the flawless execution of projects


• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders


• Ensure resource availability and allocation


• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques


• Report and escalate to management as needed


• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders


• Be involved in planning and retrospective meetings


• Contribute to the creation of epics, stories, and tasks

Valuable and wanted, your competencies & skills:

• 1-2 years of practical project management or project coordination experience


• Experience in software development or with agile projects


• Hands-on experience in managing several projects simultaneously


• Strong communication and time management skills


• Practical knowledge in Jira/Confluence software


• Very good command of English


• SCRUM framework experience would be a plus


• And it would be nice to have any Agile training/certification
