Responsibilities:


  • Internal customer service as part of the first and second line of IT support

  • Direct or remote diagnosis and resolution of technical problems of users in the field of software, computer hardware, peripherals and computer networks.

  • Computer hardware installation and operation support

  • Taking care of high quality of communication and adherence to the agreed level of service provision (SLA)

  • Instruction and training of users in the operation of IT systems

  • Creation and updating of technical documentation

  • Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and failures and, depending on the need, transferring them to other departments within the company

  • Collaboration with other support groups and IT teams



We expect Candidates:


  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of the English language at a level enabling written and verbal communication with foreign-language users and technical support abroad.

  • Proficiency in Windows 10

  • Basic knowledge of macOS

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Experience in working in the Active Directory environment

  • Practical knowledge of basic issues in the field of computer networks

  • Knowledge of operating and servicing computer equipment

  • Attitudes for the efficient implementation of commissioned tasks

  • Strong sense of responsibility for own and team activities

  • Innovation and timely implementation of applications

  • Basic analytical skills

  • Very good communication, including the ability to translate complex technical issues in a way that is accessible and understandable to users

  • Team work skills.
