What we will expect:



  • Partnership with the business – we expect you to work closely and establish a trustworthy relationship with hiring managers from all Dev/IT teams . Together you will move forward the process of clearly defining the needed skillset,
    requirements and expectation for each and every role with the tech teams. You will own this process and will be the one to make things happen. Now. Smooth and quickly. Within deadlines.

  • Partnership with Candidates and Applicants – we would love to see you excited for having the opportunity to lead and monitor the recruitment process from start to finish. Here we do not mean solely job adverts drafting and posting,
    applicants’ screening and interviewing (phone/ face-to-face / online interviews), offering candidates, and ensuring a smooth follow-up process, but also taking part in the onboarding process; reaching out to passive candidates
    proactively (headhunting); knowing what LinkedIn, Git, Behance is and how to all these channels for recruitment purposes.

  • Team work – a team is great when collaborate effectively. We all will need your support, expertise and advices on variety of topics – indoor and outdoor initiatives; company events; adding to our well-being and happiness programme,
    etc. We will expect you to give a hand and get excited just as much as we do!


The profile we are looking for:



  • Education in Human Resources, IT, Economics, Psychology, or another similar major.

  • Experience in recruitment in tech roles. Work in BPO, FinTech, IT outsourcing company.

  • Previous experience in tech/ IT recruitment (in-house or as part of a recruitment agency) – at least 2 years;

  • Tech-savvy with some knowledge about programming languages, tools, etc.

  • Feeling confident in conducting interviews - both behavioral and technical.

  • Solid experience in headhunting and in partnerships with HR/Recruitment agencies and Universities would be a plus.

  • Proactiveness in terms of candidates sourcing and employer branding initiatives.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adaptability to dynamic atmosphere.

  • Great use of English – both written and spoken.

  • Experience in preparing job ads and attractive messages for the desired audience (social media experience is also a plus)

  • Welcoming approach to people and positive attitude combined with strong emotional intelligence.
