IT Administrator and Support

Dunapack Packaging Plovdiv (Dunapack Rodina), based in Plovdiv, since 1962, is now looking for:


IT Administrator and Support

In this position you will:

• Support the management in IT decisions;
• Manage Local IT Infrastructure needs and coordinating them with Central IT/Outsourcer;
• Ensure 1st level support for centralized IT systems;
• Ensure and organize Process & Project Management support for group wide IT activities;
• Implement approved changes on the systems in a flawless way so that the infrastructure and systems continuously improve;
• Participate in Problem Management: Analyze the root cause of recurring incidents and resolve them in a timely manner in order to avoid reoccurring of the issue;
• Ensure that all IT policies are applied and followed correctly in order to build and maintain the right environment;
• Install and maintain infrastructure functionality according to company standards in order to achieve 24x7 uptime of operations;
• Install local software and keep track of licenses and up-to-dateness of the software
• Support employees to allow them to achieve the right level of use of basic applications;
• Participate in group wide projects to deliver business value and maintain all relevant project documentation;

We expect and You must prove:

• University degree;
• Any job experience in multinational job environment (preferrably in a production company) will be an advantage;
• Good English knowledge (oral and written);
• Good knowledge/ experience in operating systems like Windows;
• Good hardware knowledge: Workstation, Server, LAN equipment, WAN equipment;
• Software (installation, troubleshooting, development);
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) will be an advantage;
• Experience with reporting systems such as QlikView/CrystalReports;
• Experience with Service Desk processes (ITIL – IT Infrastructure Library) would be a benefit;
• Experience in describing tasks and preforming presentations;
• Assertive personality;
