For our office based in Varna, we are looking for target-driven individuals to assume the role of International Telesales Agent. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter excited by working on an uncapped commission basis, where you are in charge of your monthly earnings.
To be successful in this role you must be creative and thinking outside the box to bring ideas that can help you and your team improve their sales. Like International Telesales Agent you will be required to maximize the potential of each client by preventing existing clients from becoming dormant through effective communication, customer care and attractive bonuses.

Your challenges will be to:

• Present and promote the company's services and benefits to new customers.


• Provide outstanding service with proactive communication with customers by telephone, email, and live chat in order to meet customer service measures, metrics, and KPIs within a service targeted environment.


• Lead and follow up the conversation: present, promote and sell products using solid arguments.


• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.

Our expectations: 

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in French language. 


• English language will be considered as an advantage.


• Exceptional organizational skills.


• Very good Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).


• Previous experience as a Sales Agent or Customer Services in a call center is an advantage.
