Intern, Accounts Payable with French language skills

The Shared Services Source To Pay (STP) Intern is responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc).
The role will handle Accounts Payable related quires received from employees, vendors and approved third parties, ensuring resolution in a timely manner. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering STP service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the STP service level and effectiveness expected throughout.
• Duration of the internship is 1 year.
• It allows flexibility to choose between full and part-time scheme;
• Provides personal mentoring and support for the whole program duration, as well as multiple networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently undergraduate in their third or fourth year of degree level education. Focus on either Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems is considered advantage.
- Fluent in English and French
- Analytical thinking;
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is considered advantage;
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
