What’s the range of responsibilities:

Proactively headhunt passive candidates, including but not limited to new job search engines, social networking, career fairs, networking events, universities, referrals

Participate in the full recruitment life-cycle

Research and develop new recruiting sources and strategies that produce diverse applicant pools and meet the needs of the business;

Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and goals and give consultation on the sustainability of candidates, provide solid argumentation and assure the highest level of person-job-organization fit

Generate regular reports to keep track of the recruitment progress.

Support and participate in the ongoing HR processes: employer branding, training, talent development, etc;

Must-have skills, experience, knowledge:

Extensive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition minimum 1 year (experience in manufacturing industry recruiting is an advantage)

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be innovative

English - verbal and written

Very good computer skills

Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence
