HR SERVICES Intern I Extension

What will you do?

• Supports employee administration processes – from onboarding to off boarding;


• Entry data in different systems, cross-checks reliability, delivers regular reports on data quality and takes necessary corrective actions;


• Supports HR projects and processes and support HR annual calendar (participate in various projects as per HR annual agenda);


• Support the HR services team in the implementation of new HR digital tools;


• Collects and provides information about HR campaigns and process data related to it, supports department 5S efforts;


• Provides support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related items;


• Collaborate and support the HR Services team in the design and roll-out of HR initiatives and new programs.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree - Business or Economics (at least 3rd year in university);


• Speaking fluent English;


• Knowledgeable of Excel and other MS Office products;


• Previous experience in HR field represents an advantage;


• Communicative, positive, open and patient to learn;


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time;


• Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities;


• Comfort with cyclical workload, with busier times correlating with corporate HR calendar.
