YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Your daily mission: Manages the overall performance of the teams delivering HR processes administration services and ensures that processes meet business requirements.

  • Lead, plan and organize the HR Processes team’s work.

  • Manages team performance through metrics and key performance indicators, to ensure targets are achieved.

  • Encourages successful people development and engagement.

  • Assume responsibility for the quality, service levels and timelines of the team’s work.

  • Maintains effective internal & external stakeholders’ collaboration.

  • Drive continuous improvement and ensures knowledge preservation.

  • Contributes to making BSO HR Processes Stream a Centre of Service Excellence




ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?



  • Experience in managing HR projects, preferably in multinational company.

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another business-related field.

  • Previous experience in people management, preferably within a team of accountants.

  • Excellent command of English – both written and verbal.

  • Experience of ERP is essential, and knowledge of SAP is advantage.

  • Exposure to complex projects requiring multi-functional team working.

  • Drive for results, customer focus and managing diversity.

  • Good time management and priority setting, result-oriented approach.
