Your Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Assist with scheduling meetings and greet guests
Participate in meetings; produce and distribute meeting minutes
Assist with the preparation of administrative documentation
Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements
Produce weekly administration and other ad hoc reports
Our Requirements:
Fluency in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Good research skills
Experience with Microsoft Office package
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience in office environments is considered a plus
