We are currently looking for a new enthusiastic and ambitious member to join the team as HR Manager Technology- managing company’s brand as employer and the overall recruitment and talent search.

The Role:
The role is focused on talent acquisition, retention and development. The successful HR Manager will be a trusted advisor across the management, driving company initiatives forward, ensuring compliance and processes optimization.

The Tasks:


  • Participate in the full IT recruitment life cycle (attracting, selecting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of newcomers)

  • Strong focus on planning and execution of company events – team buildings and parties, internal meet-ups, local tech events and others

  • Administrate employee-related tasks and supports the hiring process

  • Maintain HR related data and employees' records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on a broad range of HR topics, incl. policies and regulations, benefits, performance management, etc.

  • Support the management needs with HR Data reporting

  • Perform other duties to support HR needs as assigned


The Key Requirements:



  • University degree in HR management, Psychology or other relevant

  • Min. 2 years of HR experience

  • Fluent English

  • IT recruitment experience would be a great advantage

  • Knowledge of the latest trends in HR

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Business acumen, strategic agility and result orientation

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm

  • Self-motivated to continuously expand skills and professional knowledge

  • Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills

  • Results driven personality

  • Proactive and dedicated attitude

  • Detail oriented and conscientious about getting things right

  • Cooperative and service minded

  • Must possess high ethical standards

  • Flexible, open minded, solutions and process oriented
