HR Employees Service Specialist

                                                HR Employees Service Specialist (M/F)

Your tasks:
  • Manages employee life-cycle (employee entry, employee leaves /absence, employment transactions, exit) administratively

  • Executes performance appraisal and target agreements

  • Performs all relevant employee services, e.g. preparing certificates/ other legal required documents

  • Prepares all documents and data records for new hires, manages, and modifies work contract provisions, manages termination (legal papers, in IT systems / databases)

  • Manages administrative matters for employees (badges, meal-tickets,etc.)

  • Prepares letters of reference, certificates, position profiles

  • Enters payroll relevant data into the payroll and other related systems/tools

  • Maintains the organizational structure in HR administration tool (e.g. SAP)

  • First contact person for employees regarding HR matters (info-requests, data and status changes, Certificates requests, etc.)

  • Provides advice and subject matter expertise in the area of PA, within HR community and towards the business

  • Ensures accurate & compliant data quality for all PA related data, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global/local rules defined

  • Prepares and maintains regular and specific / ad-hoc reports, analyses and presentations

  • Supports / lead upon request global and local initiatives and roll-ins of PA and related HR programs, policies, processes, projects

Your skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Еconomics or relevant 

  • Previous experience in such a position is an advantage

  • Fluent English, written and verbal 

  • Working with specialized software Polycont and excellent knowledge of MS Office products / Excel, Word /, electronic services 

  • Very good knowledge and ability to apply regulations in the field of labor, social security and tax legislation

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical, correct, precise, responsible attitude to work
