Your responsibilities will include:



  • Work closely with the leaders of the Sales team to build their people capability and be the point of people expertise for the designated business area

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop business solutions, programs and policies

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies across locations and manage the recruitment cost

  • Analyze the effectiveness and timeliness of recruitment and propose actions to increase the performance

  • Work with partners to improve turnover and increase retention through analysis of key data, exit interviews and employee surveys

  • Identify and develop training interventions to bridge competency gaps in liaison with T&D team, drive and sustain the Talent Management

  • Support the annual PDP process for store employees

  • Provide support for the interpretation of internal and external regulations

  • Maintain accurate and consistent data, records and statistics relating to own HR area

  • Manage various projects as assigned


If you have at least:



  • University degree and working knowledge of employment law and regulations

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and employee relations

  • Retail experience is a strong advantage

  • Leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational skills

  • Advanced English

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

  • Ability to travel based on business needs
