HR and Recruitment Specialist

Our current client is one of the fastest-growing American-based IT companies in Bulgaria and the CEE region.
On their behalf, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join their team.
Who you are:
An experienced HR Specialist eager to be a "one man show" - you will be the only HR in the company, therefore you should be a motivated and self-driven individual with experience both in the full lifecycle of recruitment and other HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage every stage of the recruitment process- from initial communication and attracting talent to leading interviews, final selection, offer and contract preparation, placement and on-boarding;
• Contribute to creating and maintaining talent pools of both active and passive candidates;
• Take good care of our candidate database and regularly update candidates’ status and progress;
• Assure great candidate experience in order to keep warm connections with ex-applicants;
• Be responsible for all HR related tasks;
• Maintain personnel records and update employee details according to the labor legislation;
• Administrating paid/unpaid leaves, sick leaves, maternity leaves etc.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of IT recruitment experience;
• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian legislation and Labor Code;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail;
• Proactive attitude and problem solving ability;
• Ability to maintain confidential information;
• Fluency in English.
