HR Administration and Controlling Specialist
Silver Star Motors EAD is the official representative and importer of Mercedes-Benz, Setra, and FUSO brand cars and in 2022 they acquired rights for a general representation of an exciting new brand - INEOS Grenadier.
We are looking for an HR Administration and Controlling Specialist in the city of Sofia.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Support in daily HR activities
• Play an active role in implementing global and local HR policies and procedures
• Organizes, coordinates, and executes staff recruitment and administration activities
• Maintains up-to-date employment records of employees
• Prepares and updates job descriptions
• Takes care of the timely and correct processing of information from attendance forms, schedules and records for reporting working hours, as well as that for absences: vacations, sick days, etc.
• Prepares the required information, analyses, references, and reports related to the personnel and submits them to the management or relevant institutions (NIA, NAA, NSI, state agencies, etc.).
• Presents the analyses
• Builds and develops business partnership relationships with relevant heads of departments and sectors, assisting in the resolution of arising cases related to the administration and planning of personnel and payroll
• Participate in interesting salary projects ie. implementing salary metrics, new benefits or global salary systems
• Monitors and implements changes in applicable labor and insurance legislation
Requirements:
• Higher education
• Experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English language
• Very good knowledge of labor and social security legislation
• Very good computer literacy: MS Office package, electronic business mail;
• High degree of organization: planning, setting priorities, meeting deadlines
• Precision, initiative, expediency
• Developed communication and teamwork skills.
