Our client is one of the global leading companies in their industry. Currently we are shaping the HR team of the company and is actively looking for the right person for the position of:
Scope of the position:
- This is an ideal position for a motivated, results driven individual who will enjoy the responsibility and challenges of the position and will convert the company HR goals and procedures into operational activities.
As an HR Manager, you will:
- Provide HR expertise to drive and influence key workforce planning initiatives and be the primary resource to create alignment between the people strategy and short and long-term business strategy.
- Offer leadership, coaching, and support to the management team and employees for all Human Resources needs.
- Conduct interviews and implement an effective recruitment program to meet the needs of high-performance staff.
- Participate in performance management and critical conversations to delivering feedback and developing employees and teams.
- Contribute towards the development and the continuous improvement of the employees with coordination of training and development programs.
- Follow up the compensation and benefit planning and programs.
- In terms of HR Data Management - Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Proven background on a similar position with leadership responsibility
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred
- Extensive hiring background and employee relations experience
- Good level of English language
- Organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking
