Sellavi is an international one-stop-shop e-commerce platform for creating online stores. Our mission is to provide businesses with high-quality and professional services that allow them to establish and grow in the world of Internet commerce. With more than 150,000 online stores on the platform and operations in 5 countries, we are looking to expand our Sofia office.
What we're looking for:
We are seeking an e-commerce professional with high experience as Head of Sales who is skilled in B2B and consulting and is proactive, ambitious, and ready to take part in a dynamic team of young forward thinkers that want to drive change in the world of B2B digital commerce.
Your responsibilities:
• Oversee and mentor the technical sales team to bring the required level of performance.
• Prepare market analysis and have a thorough understanding of market drivers and trends, key competitors, and technology requirements.
• Deliver strategic input on technical solutions, pricing, and innovation at the proposal stage – offer preparation and presentation, negotiation, and scope of work preparation.
• Define and execute commercial strategies.
• Evaluate the success of various sales channels to make necessary improvements that result in sales growth.
• Find new customers and create stable and long-lasting relationships.
• Answer inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of our service, operations, and other related information.
• Identify upselling opportunities to facilitate sales of company services.
• Communicate difficult technical information to consumers in an understandable and friendly manner.
• Contact consumers and address any concerns that may occur.
• Ensure that sales targets are regularly met.
• Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company service works.
Our requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of sales, business, or related experience.
• Successful experience in team management in a corporate environment.
• Prior experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of high closure rate.
• Experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
• Professional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with platforms such as WooCommerce, OpenCart, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce
• Previous experience with CRM systems.
