Head of Quality Assurance (QA)





myPOS is a fast-developing company in the FinTech industry that is continuously and surely establishing its name as a payment solutions provider to all types of business across EEA. To make sure we deliver only the best, we rely a lot on our Quality Assurance Team. To unleash QA’s full potential and reach a new level in the field, we are looking for an experienced person with the right mindset and approach to lead the team up.








We will expect from you to:



  • Lead and grow our QA team by:

    • Actively monitoring and supporting other team members development;

    • Advising on the technical direction and implementing new technologies;

    • Involving in the recruitment process for new members and in their further development;


  • Understand the business objectives and the overall product development process and suggest improvements;

  • Work hands-on and be the main QA in strategic projects and complex cases;

  • Create bug reports, track the status of issues and work with the developers till they are resolved;

  • Support and drive the Automation Framework/Maturity Models in collaboration with the development teams early in the development phase to create/perform automated testing;

  • Be analytical with a critical eye for the detail to explore products for identifying problems that will affect our products’ usage;

  • Support and drive the Automation Framework by developing test suites using diverse automation tools and ensure those tools are configured accordingly with the test objectives/ project team requirements;

  • Collect business requirements for the Quality assurance of the solutions;

  • Be motivated team player and reliable point of contact;


It would be great if you:



  • Bring along 4+ years of work experience in Software Quality Assurance field;

  • Have solid experience with web automation running on multiple browsers, develop and/or design of the automation framework;

  • Are a natural expert in written and verbal communication – able to work and collaborate effectively with technical, non-technical team members and/or clients;

  • Easily understand business requirements and technical specifications;

  • Have experience with defining testing scope and strategy, creation and management of automation and manual test cases and scenarios - functional and non-functional for web and back-end services, responsive web and mobile applications;

  • Are very familiar with SQL and have experience with Version control system – GIT, SVN and TFS;

  • Have dealt and/or have good understanding of CI/CD process

  • Have worked in an Agile development environment with an understanding of Scrum Methodology and have the ability to drive the processes to ensure teamwork and collaboration;

  • Are confident about monitoring multiple automation projects and providing support when needed;

  • Are used to conduct code reviews to ensure successful technical execution

  • Have experience collecting Quality Metrics and generating reports

  • And last bot not least, you are a self-driven and motivated person, who is ready to lead others in achieving the best results possible
