AS A HEAD OF PAYMENT PROCESSING, FRAUD & RISK MONITORING FOR OUR ONLINE CASINO PROJECT YOU WILL:
What Will You Do...
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing payments to our Account holders
• Investigate source of funds
• Apply sound decision making, balancing the approval/decline of payments and services with compliance and risk considerations
• Detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior patterns by using sophisticated in-house built monitoring systems
• Contact end users and report to internal and external providers while maintaining operational SLAs
Have you done this kind of stuff?
• Experience in the world of online payments
• Experience in the world of gaming online payments risk compliance is mandatory!
• Mother Tongue level English - writing, reading, and speaking
• Ability to cope with changing requirements and different regulations per area/financial flow
• Hands-on and team player
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to make timely decisions, at times despite ambiguous processes or guidelines
• Flexible hours (working across the globe)
• Degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field (not a must)
