Working Hours: 09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday

As a Head of Marketing you should be a confident, analytical, results driven, people person with the highest professional standards. You should have excellent communication skills and seamlessly execute projects whilst driving forward the Marketing strategy of the Group.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Drive the leadership, direction and development of the Group’s marketing strategy, plans and execution;
- Develop tracking metrics and success criteria to effectively measure efficiency and results of strategies whilst implementing improvement as required ;
- Prepare, plan and control the Group’s global marketing strategy and budgets ;
- Proactively identify best practices and legal compliance ;
- Work alongside a multinational and cross functional team and drive through strategy in a proactive and hands-on manner;
- Manage the marketing team members and coordinate the creation of creative material, campaigns, promotions, events and product launches;
- Develop, manage, motivate and inspire your team in the achievement of its goals;
- Influence the corporate branding and social media by creating a brand-level campaign advertising to drive the business and brand forward;
- Develop a leadership role in understanding the industry trends and dynamics and propose direction accordingly;
- Continually pursue avenues to acquire, engage and retain clients.
Main Requerments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field;
- At least 5+ years’ experience in the Marketing sector in a senior role;
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change;
- Good understanding and command of Marketing instruments such as Google Analytics and Social Media platforms;
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking;
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills;
- Diversity of business experience across the Marketing mix with strong online and offline capabilities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent spoken & written English.
